We collect your email address when you submit and online order, enter an online contest or register for a free downloadable product. When you enter your email address to submit an order we store this to contact you should there be a question or problem with your order. If you enter any promotions or contests on our site by submitting your email address or if you choose to accept a free downloadable product, we will add that to our list of promotional emails.

If you at some point do not wish to be contacted via email you may send an email requesting this to customerservice@pyr.com or call us at (617) 494.1515 ext. 246.  We do not trade or sell any email address given to us.

How do you change or delete your information?

To change your information or customer profile, please call Customer Service at (617) 494.1515 ext. 246. We will be glad to edit or update your information. If you don't want us to keep or use your information, you have the right to have it deleted. Please keep in mind that if you delete certain types of information you may not be able to purchase online unless you provide it again.
