Boston, Massachusetts- January 10, 2013- Data ARPS in Western Europe is expected to overtake voice for the first time in 2017, when data represents 51 percent of total ARPS, up from 39 percent in 2012, according to Pyramid Research’s quarterly mobile data forecast.
