Cambridge, Massachusetts, November 4, 2010 - Pyramid Research’s Badii Kechiche will chair the Broadband Data Services session at the Africa Com telecom conference taking place in Cape Town, South Africa on 10-11 November, 2010. Pyramid Research (www.pyr.com) is proud to be a media partner of this event.
Now entering its 13th year, AfricaCom is the longest established and largest annual Pan-African telecom event. Having evolved to reflect the current market dynamics, the event embraces the entire telecommunications landscape in both its multi-streamed Congress and accompanying Exhibition. Year-on-year it continues to offer African telcos the chance to meet new and existing suppliers of the highest caliber, discuss the future direction of their business and plan for their expansion.
As chair, Badii will touch upon the subjects of data uptake and growth areas in the years to come, successful services and applications in African markets, pricing and positioning of data services in the region, and how to build effective partnerships for innovative broadband wireless services in rural and underserved communities.
